Indeed, we do provide custom meat cutting services. Our experienced butchers can prepare your meat according to your specifications, whether you need particular cuts, specific thicknesses, or special preparations. For custom orders, we recommend reaching out to us in advance to ensure we can meet your requirements.

We make it a priority to source our meats from local Wisconsin farms whenever possible. This approach allows us to support local agriculture and ensure our customers receive the freshest quality products. However, some of our specialty items may come from trusted suppliers outside our immediate area to offer a wider selection.

Our butcher shop operates from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Please note that during holiday periods, our hours may change. We advise checking our website or calling us to confirm any alterations to our regular schedule.

At present, we do not offer delivery services. However, we do provide local pickup options for our customers. If you're unable to visit our store, please give us a call to discuss potential arrangements for your order. We're always seeking ways to improve our service to the community.
